Reliability Engineering
Condition Monitoring
Maintenance Management
There are opportunities for suitably qualified candidates at Team
Leader and Consultant level.
The opportunities for the Maintenance Consultants will be on a
contract basis for specific project opportunities at various locations
around the world. These will be under the Plant Asset Management
Ltd, Independent Consultants Programme. However 1-2 staff appointments
will be made to lead the Maintenance Group and provide the technical
direction and commercial management of the project work undertaken.
Plant Asset Management Ltd is flexible with respect to the location
of its employees, although the company is based in Southampton and
Aberdeen, UK; there are opportunities to develop centres of expertise
close to major client locations, throughout the world.

Degree level qualified, preferably having, or working towards, corporate
membership of a relevant Professional Institution. Experience in
the Energy, Process or Utility industry, ideally gained in operations
or engineering. Practical experience in asset performance analysis,including
life cycle performance analysis, RAM analysis and safety risk assessments.
Direct involvement in plant reliability improvement. Experience
in the use of recognised reliability modelling software and simulation
packages.
We are looking for people who can manage and deliver RAM analysis
projects for major clients at the early design phase and lay the
foundations for on going involvement throughout the design and operational
phases of the asset.

Degree level qualified, preferably having, or working towards, corporate
membership of a relevant Professional Institution. Experience in
the Energy, Process or Utility industry, ideally gained in operations
or engineering. Strong background in the maintenance and troubleshooting
of major rotating and reciprocating machinery. Demonstrable involvement
in developing CM strategies based upon risk analysis and experience.
Good understanding of commercially available condition and performance
monitoring systems. Up to date knowledge and direct practical experience
of condition monitoring techniques and their practical limitations.
Experience in the development and delivery of training courses in
all aspects of condition monitoring and condition based maintenance.

to how condition based maintenance can truly add value to the maintenance
management process and have the drive and ability to work with clients
to achieve this vision.

of process related equipment. Demonstrable involvement in developing
maintenance strategies based upon a combination of risk analysis
and experience. Direct experience in spares holding analysis and
optimisation. Direct experience in maintenance and operations work
process development and optimisation. Maintenance management system
selection, build and configuration. Experience in undertaking maintenance
audits and benchmarking for performance improvement of operational
plants. Practical application of supporting development processes
and tools such as, criticality assessment, FMEA, RCM etc. Up to
date knowledge of maintenance and reliability engineering, best
practices and statutory requirements.
We are looking for people who can manage and deliver maintenance
strategy development projects, undertake maintenance auditing and
performance improvement assignments for demanding international
